 Frequently Asked Questions

  • We start by receiving your processes via Loom.com. Once we’ve received your video walkthroughs of how the process works, our team will first map the process.

We will then meet during a series of live workshops with your team to validate those processes, identify pain points, and sandbox new solutions.

Once you’ve approved our recommendations, we will implement the new solution, document the steps, and train your team.

  • We define workflows as the end-to-end processes that are required to keep your organization running smoothly.

In the example of a defined “end-to-end” Client Onboarding workflow, “Send out Welcome email” is simply one step in the workflow.

When we zoom out, we see that after the sale, we need to:

    1. Setup the client project

    2. Inform the new Account Manager

    3. Send out the kick-off meeting request

    4. Add the client to Slack

    5. And so much more…

We will work with your team from step 1 to step X to streamline the workflow so that all people, tools, documentation, automation, and approvals are optimized for a smooth process.

  • Unlike most consulting agencies, we put “hands-to-keyboard” and implement the solutions.

Our live workshops allow you to be involved in the decision making while we do the heavy lifting.

  • Each end to end solution can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the overarching process.

It really depends on how many people are involved in the process, how many layers of approvals are required, and what technology is used.

It’s important that you give us as much detail in your process walkthrough video so that we can give you a more accurate timeline

  • The last thing we want to do is add to your team’s workload. We ask for 1-2 hours each week to help us validate and design your new processes.

Our live workshops are designed for you to help us to fill in the blanks and approve any changes to the process.

The more details you provide, the less time we’ll require of you.

  • If you’re migrating from another work management tool, you’ll start by submitting your current processes to us. It’s important that all your data is cleaned and ready to be migrated to Asana before being handed over to our team.

We then get to work setting up your Teams, Projects, Templates, Portfolios, Workflows, Rules, Dashboards, Goals, Forms, and Custom fields.

We take care of all the heavy lifting and train your team once the deployment is finished.

  • Absolutely. If a general Asana training is not required for your team and you’d rather train on your specific uses cases, then yes, we can handle that.

The time is yours, so we will take your lead to make sure you are getting the most out of our time together.

  • Our Asana Training is designed to be delivered over the course of 30 days. That way you can practice as you learn from our instruction as you use the tool during your day-to-day.
