Won the agency's largest RFP to date based on my pitch
2018
Started my own Digital Marketing Agency (Media Crate)
Started Media Crate with a handful of clients
Worked with companies like Walmart, Home Depot, Osh Kosh, and Leon’s.
Lead campaigns that generated hundreds of thousands of views and clicks to our customer's services and products.
Launched the “Social Media Insider” Podcast
Started to see the need for improved operational systems for me and my clients
2020
Started my Process Improvement Consultancy (Ditto)
March 2020 our marketing client base had dwindled (needed to pivot)
Built V1 of the Ditto website in 8 hours and launched to my current clients
First Canadian Service & Solutions Partner for Asana
Assisted in launching and growing the Partnership reach to companies and users all across North America.
Launched the "Asana Solutions" YouTube Channel
Helped thousands of visitors either place their dream jobs or successfully roll out Asana for their teams all based on the content I created.
Launched the “In Systems We trust” Podcast
Worked with companies like Cadillac Fairview, Barstool Sports, & Thrive Causemetics
Created workflows that reduced onboarding time and removed efficiency processes that saved knowledge workers 3-5 hours each week in lost productivity.
Improved visibility into the status of ongoing projects and tasks through the creation of custom reporting dashboards.
Helped Project Managers and Operations Specialists align around the best ways to approach problems and overcome them through workflow optimization.

2022
Ditto is Aquired
The success of Ditto caught the attention of Operational Efficiency Consultancy, Leverage
Merged some existing clients and team members with Leverage
Took on a Partner Position as the VP of Efficiency, Consulting
Lead a team of Consultants who were responsible for delivering services to our customers, whether it be through Group Training or Custom Consulting.
Improved the company’s internal and external knowledge bases by updating existing and outdated processes.
